Accessing the hotel with luggage was tricky—unloading is impossible at the entrance, which is in a pedestrian-only area. Navigating the stairs or a cramped elevator with bags is inconvenient. The bed was hard, and the comforter was not very large. The bathroom lacked toiletries like soap and shampoo, and the toilet paper was subpar. Overall, a mix of discomforts made the stay less enjoyable.

this place is astonishingly mediocre. the wooden bed squeaks like a horror movie, waking me every time i turn. oh, and let's not forget the charming staff area view from my window, nothing screams relaxation like toiletries storage! I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles and was met only with indifference. sad!

For smooth access, ask for a room on the lower floors due to the narrow elevator and the stairs.

Got a bit chilly with the shower bein’ cold every mornin’, which really took the shine off things. But, man, the folks at the desk were as friendly as a dog in the sun. I tell ya, the breakfast smelled so good, wish I’d tried it! Them shower curtains definitely need an upgrade, though.

the location of the hotel is fantastic, being very near to the u-bahn station, making it easy to explore. the staff at reception were nice and helpful throughout my stay. i really enjoyed the clean and cozy atmosphere in the double room.
